Q.What methods of payment do you use?
A. We use Paypal.co.uk as our preferred method of payment , they are very well known and provide one of the most secure and safest ways to pay for goods and services online.
Q. Can I pay by debit/credit card without a Paypal account?
A. Yes, you can use a credit or debit card through Paypal without opening a Paypal account.
Q. How long will delivery take from your receipt of my order?
A. If your order is received before 1.00p.m. on a weekday we aim to dispatch the same day. For orders received after 1.00p.m or at weekends we will normally ensure your purchase is dispatched the following working day.
Please allow for bank holidays and weekends.
Q. How will I know when you have dispatched my order?
A. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.
Q. What are the postage and packing options when ordering my products.
A. We have 3 options at present, standard Royal Mail 2nd class post which is FREE for all UK orders, and Royal Mail Special delivery which is delivered before 1pm the next working day after dispatch at £5.95 again for UK orders only. If you choose Special Delivery and order on Friday, your order will be delivered on Monday.
We provide shipping to Europe and Ireland at a cost of £8.95 which includes insurance,
and requires a signature on delivery.
Q. Can I get free delivery on my order.
A. Yes all UK orders include free delivery unless you require European or special delivery.
Q. How will my item be packaged?
A. Please be assured all our deliveries are discretely wrapped in plain grey or brown packaging with no indication of the contents.
Q. Is my personal information safe?
A. We NEVER share your personal details with any other companies.
Q.The product I wish to order is out of stock.
A. Please e-mail us with the details and we will advise you when the item is available to order.
Q. Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
A. At present we only deliver to Europe and Ireland
Q. What if I wanted to place an order and my delivery address is outside UK, Europe and Ireland.
A. Please contact us with details of the products you require and your address and we will advise you if we are able to fulfill your order and how much the shipping costs will be.
Q. What is your returns policy.
A. If an item is unsuitable please return items to HLCO, 1 Well Copse Close, Waterlooville, Hants, PO8 0HB, UK.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and in unused condition
with all labels attached.
: We can only accept returns on opened items if the product is faulty (and unused).
: We cannot be held responsible for returned orders that have been lost in transit.
: We recommend that you send your returns back to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery and retain proof of posting.
:We will not issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
:We do not refund the Special Delivery cost of £5.95.

Return postage will not be refunded.
